From Opera Cafés to Artisan Pasta
Meet Jarred Cianciulli — pastaio, musician, father of two(soon-to-be three), and eternal food enthusiast. And meet Christie — designer, food lover, and the heartbeat behind the brand.
Their journey didn't start in a kitchen, but in the practice rooms. Jarred is a classically trained musician, with conservatory level education. Christie, always creative, was building a career in design. The classical world, though fulfilling, offered fewer doors than expected, and it was at an opera café in South Philadelphia, where Jarred found himself bussing tables, that the next chapter quietly began.
There, surrounded by libretti and classic italian dishes, something clicked.

A City, A Spark
Inspired by a city steeped in both food and music, they followed their curiosity north to New York. There, Jarred dove into the heart of Italian food culture—learning about wine pairings, heirloom grains, and regional traditions. Christie brought her eye for design and deep appreciation for storytelling, helping shape their growing vision.
What started as a shared love of meals and moments became something bigger: a dream to one day build something of their own. Not just a product, but a pasta with a purpose—one rooted in Southern Italian heritage, local ingredients, and a spirit of togetherness.
Like Pasta, a Dream is Better Shared
When 2020 shifted everything, Jarred and Christie stepped away from city life, trading subway stops for open skies. While he pivoted into fintech, their passion for food never faded. In quiet moments, a dream took shape:
To bring together their shared love of Southern Italian cuisine, farm-to-table ingredients, and the power of technology—not for convenience, but for storytelling. For connection. For traceability and tradition.
This wasn’t just about pasta. It was about creating something local and meaningful. Something that could turn an everyday meal into a memory. A true taste of “home away from home.”
